Little Relay by Cloudshadow Studios helps parents and caregivers track everyday care from pregnancy through toddlerhood. Family and Watch availability depends on your installed version and setup.

When writing, include your iPhone model, iOS version, Little Relay version, and a short description of what happened. Do not email passwords, Apple Account credentials, medical records, or screenshots containing information you do not want to share.

The app shows a white screen

Wait for the first launch to finish, then force quit and reopen Little Relay. If the journal still will not open, contact support before deleting the app so saved records are not lost.

A partner’s update is missing

Open the Relay tab and pull to refresh. Both people must be signed in to iCloud and using the current app version. A missing log is treated as unknown; do not infer that care did or did not happen.

A timer or Lock Screen control is wrong

Open the app, review the child selected in the timer card, and correct the time in the Journal. If the Lock Screen controls are not available, check You → Lock Screen timers and make sure the device has been unlocked once since restart.

Export or deletion

Use You → Your records to export a CSV or full JSON backup before resetting a journal or leaving family sharing. Contact support if an export fails.

Family accounts and handoffs

Each invited caregiver uses their own Apple/iCloud account. Everyone connected can add and edit shared baby records without accepting a handoff. A handoff is for a change of caregiver and stays pending until acknowledged. Sharing covers all child profiles in the journal; there are no restricted babysitter or per-child roles.

Subscriptions

Use Restore purchases on the Family screen with the Apple account that purchased the plan. Manage renewal in Apple account subscription settings. Deleting the app or journal does not cancel billing. For refunds, use Apple purchase support.
