Little Relay terms of use

Little Relay is provided by Cloudshadow Studios and licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This page explains the service and subscriptions and does not replace that license.

Little Relay is a personal care-recording tool. You are responsible for the information you enter, the people you invite, and the decisions you make from your records. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, emergency guidance, medicine dosing, temperature measurement, labor prediction or a required feeding or sleep schedule.

Family sharing depends on Apple iCloud and the participating devices. Review the people you invite and remove access when it is no longer needed. A planned handoff is not proof that a caregiver accepted responsibility, and a missing record does not prove that care did not happen.

If a Family subscription is available for purchase, the purchase screen and Apple's confirmation sheet show the localized price, billing period, features and any eligible trial. Apple charges your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple account subscription settings. A trial converts to the displayed paid plan unless cancelled under the offer terms. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal. Deleting the app or journal does not cancel billing.

Use Restore purchases with the Apple account that purchased the plan. Billing and refund requests are handled through Apple purchase support. Core local tracking, locally saved records and raw exports remain available without an active subscription. Paid coordination features depend on your plan and entitlement.

Invited caregivers can access all children in the shared journal. A handoff is optional for logging. Synchronization depends on connectivity and may be delayed. Keep a separate exported backup if you need a copy of your records. Our privacy policy explains sharing, storage, exports and deletion.
